Shipping & Returns
FontShop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for both online and offline sales. You may also pay online using Amazon Payments. Additional payment methods that are accepted for offline sales are: checks, purchase orders, and wire transfers.
Orders outside of Europe are payable in U.S Dollars. Orders in Europe are payable in Euros.
Most fonts are available for purchase and download via FontShop's online store. If you cannot find something you are looking for, contact your local FontShop.
Font Libraries & Collections on CDs
Many font libraries and collections on CDs are available for purchase via FontShop's online store. The product page will indicate those that are available only via telephone purchase. Contact FontShop for further information.
A tangible good is an item that is shipped to you and not downloaded from FontShop's online store. Tangible goods include Font Libraries & Collections on CDs and FontBook.
Shipping cost is determined by quantity ordered, destination, and method selected. Delivery date is determined by destination and method selected.
Your packages may be subject to customs fees, import duties and VAT of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
Some Font Libraries & Collections on CDs have shipping restrictions. Contact FontShop for details.
For customers in North America, South America, Asia and Africa, a tracking number from an order placed online is available in the 'My Account' page. Customers in Europe may contact their local FontShop.
Information for items ordered via facsimile, telephone, or email can be obtained by contacting FontShop.
Font Software, Font Libraries & Collections on CDs
Due to the nature of font software, FontShop cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any font software purchase.
FontBook.com will direct you to the correct page for ordering information.
Customers in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands will receive their FontBook from FontShop's office in Belgium. Contact FontShop Benelux for any inquiries.
Customers in Germany will receive their FontBook from FontShop's office in Germany. Contact FontShop Germany with any inquiries.
Customers elsewhere in Europe will receive their FontBook from FontShop International's office in Germany. Contact FontShop with any inquiries.
Customers in North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand will receive their FontBook from FSI USA's mail house in Rancho Cordova, California. Contact FSI USA's office in San Francisco for any inquires. For these customers, FontBook is not eligible for return or refund, but may be exchanged within 30 days if defective. Tracking information for FontBook orders placed online can be found on the My Account page or by contacting FontShop.
